Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for any youth, young adults, adults, or elders who are seeking a safe space to address, identify, observe, or process whatever may be coming up in life. These sessions can be done online via video, over the phone, or in-person.

Expressive Play Therapy

Expressive Play Therapy is primarily for kids (but can be adapted for older people who struggle with talk therapy or thrive in more creative/playful settings). It uses art, sand play, crafts, nature, storytelling, movement, etc. as therapy. The therapeutic relationship is emphasized and it engages the client’s support system. These sessions are done in-person. An exception could be made to do sessions online via video depending on the client.

Indigenous Clients

To be welcomed into the Indigenous community is an honour to me. I am registered & approved by FNHA so that therapy can be covered for those under the First Nation Health Authority. Sessions can be provided in-person, online via video, or over the phone.
*If you are part of Sts’ailes, I provide counselling within your community in-person.

FNHA covers $90.00. No additional charges necessary for 50-minute session
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 48 hours before - No Fee
Cancellation between 24-48 hours - $40 Fee
Cancellation within 24 hours - full cost of session

Credit card & e-transfer
Funding through FNHA, CVAP, Autism Funding accepted
Many extended benefits plan cover RCC appointments
* A sliding scale can be offered if finances are a challenge.
